I'm fairly sure the first and third are pictures of the same person before and after the sex change operation. The sad part is we can't tell which is before and which is after.
What I like about the last picture is that some guy thought this would be a cool picture to have taken of himself. Get my guitars and guns together...and, oh yeah, I've got to strip down to my shorts to show off how great I look.
